  • Go to the Bills & Income tab, and then the Bills sub-tab.
  • They weren't much help, but while I was waiting for them to research the problem I figured out the key combination to find the online billers. UPDATE: I called in to Quicken technical support. Will update both threads with what I find out.

    When I was talking with tech support via chat, the online bill setup worked with a new data file.When I used my username, I got the error. My mobile phone provider allows you to log in with either your username or mobile number. I was able to add Netflix, but that wasn't set up the first time. Only bills that were previously set up are broken.I get the error message: You've already added a biller whose details match the biller you're trying to add. Now, I can't set up the online bills anymore. I had them working, but because of some data issues, I had to restore from backup. Unfortunately, 2018 didn't solve it.Īnyway, since I went to the new version, I upgraded my bills and set up online biller for a lot of my accounts. I had an existing problem with Quicken 2016 paychecks - the paycheck setup wouldn't work if you sync your accounts with the mobile app.
